How do I keep my service connected if i can't fulfill total amount of promise to pay by date promised? Also, how much notice will I be given before disconnect happens? How many days past due and how much past due entails disconnection?

Our Financial Services Team evaluates whether an account is liable for suspension, and they are the best resource for further information about whether an account is going to be suspended. They also have tools available to set or move payment arrangements, if the original payment arrangement needs to be adjusted.
