My service has become horrible in my area!

Help. iPhone X and iPhone 7, we spent 1 hour on call with Verizon tech. The phones work most other places. Used to be great up at this address for years. AT&T is great there. My phone shows 2-3 bars and LTE. All updates etc.... it’s just become horrible, help, please.
