My husband has an iphone 5s and it was working fine up until this afternoon. It will power up and he can click the home button and get to the main screen but nothing happens when he presses any of the apps. He also when trying to shut down can't swipe to shut down. We tried the soft restart by holding the power key and the home button til the apple logo comes up but still didn't help. He has a full battery too.
