Verizon 4G LTE Network Extender 2

I worked with Verizon on the phone all day to get the default password to work.

they said to call Samsung at 18007267864-i spoke with someone there that said they don't support this model anymore.

I reset the 4G LTE Extender 3 times and still not access using the published default admin access:

LTEFemto+last 4 digits of the MAC Address.

there seems to be some controversy about the "o" being a small case letter or the number zero so I tried both variations.

DOES ANYONE SEEM TO KNOW WHAT THE DEFAULT PASSWORD IS FOR THIS DEVICE?

Very Frustrating...
