I have had horrible service since my phone updated in April. I have to walk all over the backyard before I get any service. I went from having 4 bats at home to 1. Anyone with Verizon that comes to my house has the same issue .Then my phone did an upgrade last month and now my battery is draining like crazy . I've been with verizon for years but I'm about to look elsewhere. I cannot hold a phone call at home.
