Poor voice service in home - Billings, MT

We are having issues with service at our house in Billings, MT 59101. It used to be fine, but over the last year it has really degraded to the point that at times we have to go outside to make a phone call. Since we have wireless, data may also be degraded but since we don't use it at home much, it's hard to say.

Living in a northern climate, having to go outside in the winter to talk on the phone is less than optimal. We are long time Verizon customers and hope there is a solution to this issue so we don't have to consider a new provider.

I value your many years of loyalty to Verizon and certainly don't want to lose you. I know that it's important to have service where you use your device the most. Let's figure this out together. Service indoors can be tricky as there are many factors outside of our control that can impact signal. What happens when you try to make a call indoors, do you receive any error messages? Do you have any problems texting in your home? To confirm, does service immediately improve when you go outdoors?

did this issue ever resolve? I'm having the same issue! We've lived in this house for 5 years without an issue and been Verizon customers for over 15. The phone goes from "No Service" to just dropping calls or not able to send/recieve messages

This issue in Billings, MT has been going on for years now. My company that has thousands of phones and computers with Verizon has threatened to pull their whole contract if they do not fix the issues here in Billings. Some higher ups within Verizon are aware of the issues, they said they are fixing it but the customers have yet to see any improvement. I CAN NOT BELIEVE WE PAY FULL PRICE FOR THIS SERVICE! Seriously I have to go out in the country to get a reasonable signal. When your phone has 1 bar for LTE and goes back and forth to 3G, in the middle of town....YOU HAVE AN ISSUE.
