LTE coverage but slow to no service?

I work remotely so I rely a lot on my cell phone for internet when I am out of town. This week I am at our vacation home where we come 4-5 times a year and have had excellent service here for the last several years. However, this week my phone is showing LTE coverage but I am only getting slow to non-existent service. Because of this, I am unable to get my work done which is a huge problem. Other people in the house are having the same issues so I know it's not just my phone. What can I or Verizon do to fix this? The zip code here is 36542.

Jessicaclayton1001, we want you to have the best service! I only have a cell phone and heavily rely on the internet when traveling as well. I am sorry to learn that you having trouble with slow speeds. I understand you mentioned others in the house are having the same trouble, in order to get down to the bottom of this we will need to ask specific questions pertaining to your phone. What make and model phone do you have? Do you only have this trouble when inside the home? Run a speed test from speedtest.net and share the results please.
