I have only used 1 GB of data since my new bill cycle. Why am I getting these alerts???
It's always important to have the data you need, especially when you are on the go and have a lot of busy days, Blueslady. I have sent you a private message, to see if we can take a closer look at your account to see why the data has not generated properly. I want to ensure we are on the same page when it comes to your plan as well. Have you checked on a recent bill to see when your bill cycle starts and ends?
