How can I download the Mobile Hotspot app?

I just switched from a Note 4 to a Note 8, and I can't find the Mobile Hotspot app. I know it's in Settings, and I've enabled it and can run it from the Settings but it's a pain. My Note 4 had a Verizon Mobile Hotspot app I had on my homescreen to click and open the Hotspot -- does anybody know where I can download that from? Thanks for any help! If I've posted in the wrong place please let me know.

I think it would have more of a shortcut instead of an application.

Help is here for you JAMMUN23. Congratulations on your new device. The OS has undergone some changes. You are mentioning one right now. The mobile hotspot feature in now within the settings of the device. The previous was more of a shortcut to the settings than an application. It's just a change more than anything.
