I'd lost my previous phone, left it in Santa Cruz. Since its my only phone, I went to the local Verizon store to get it replaced. The sales people stated that getting the iPhone 7 would give me more memory.
However, I was surprised when I received my first bill -- not only is Verizon charging full price for the phone, but paying for it has raised my phone bill about $50. I've stayed with Verizon, because of the coverage. However, I feel that Verizon is charging more than Apple is for the iPhone--I don't believe this is good business.
Any suggestions on ways of addressing this issue is appreciated.
