Did you reboot the phone after the number was changed?

This isn't the experience that we want you to have. Did you power your device off/on since changing that mobile number? Which make/model phone do you have?

I have an iPhone 12 and am experiencing this problem also, we restarted the phone twice and it still can't send or receive texts, but it can make calls.
