The reception in my place is bad and I even use wifi call

Calls are interrupted with alternate moments of silence and voice on both directions.

I already use Wifi call. What is the solution for my problem? At MINIMUM, I require being able to hold continuous and normal conversations with clear sound and no noise at 95% of the time. What's the solution for my problem?

WiFi: Xfinity - Comcast

Well, it's not the wifi if it also happens on cellular and it's not the cellular if it also happens on wifi. Sounds like the device or the sim.

Does it happen in other locations, or just at home? Do other devices, when used in your home, experience the same problem?

Wi-fi calling has nothing to do with Verizon which means it's device issue

Thank you for the details, the reason we ask about your WI-FI signal is because with WI-FI calling the connection is done using the WI-FI signal. Do you know your internet speeds?

If you're using Xfinity or another Cable Internet provider, make sure you are not using a Cable modem with a Puma6 Chipset. Here's a list: https://www.dslreports.com/testsearch?fy=1999&q=puma6&ty=2016&typ=hardware .

These modems are problematic with real time applications like VoIP. Although some fixes have come through via firmware upgrades, they are likely to be causing issues with Wi-Fi calling traffic.
