Needing to how submit a claim, I was double charged almost 200 dollars, waited 6 hrs for help and no one has helped, thus far.

They nor you all have helped, in fact I was hung up on by the roadside agent. So I will be taking this to the atto general.
This story makes me glad I use AAA instead. At least it isn't tied to any other service.
