the display on my phone says I have voice mail and the dial tone pulses as though I have voice mail yet when I dial in I do not have any messages either new or saved... how can I clear this?

If you had an image attached in your email reply, you need to post the image to the thread directly on the community forum.
I am unable to attach an image on the community chat; I get a 'no action
available' message using Explorer/Edge and an 'unexpected error' using
Chrome. The image I'm trying attach is a screen shot of the phone found in
the list of My Devices. The phone is our home line [removed]. - Device
ID: [removed] (ESN). The label on the bottom of the phone reads:
HUAWEI Model: FT2260VW - Fixed Wireless Terminal I have it connected to
a Panasonic wireless house phone which has never had a problem until this
voice mail issue.
