Cell service has become poor

In the last couple of months, the cell service at our home has gotten terrible. Phone quality cuts out, goes into slow motion or speeds up. This happens for both my and my wifes phones. They are Apple 7S plus phones. Something changed in our area. (28226)

I've checked the zip code provided and the service there looks excellent. There are no known issues reported there either. Could you be a little more specific about what happens when your phone is acting up? Does this happen everywhere you go? Is it any better outdoors than it is when you're inside the house?
