Can send /receive text but no phone or internet

Just this morning I can send and receive texts but no internet connectivity or phone access.  I looked at a ll of the usual suspects as far as making sure I'm connected and turning off and on the phone and doing a hard reset.

Still this did not fix the issue.

Any ideas?
