Weak signal

When will Verizon strengthen it's cell service in western Cullman County, AL? Cullman City has great service.

Smith Lake campgrounds does not have any service and ATT customers have a good signal. I don't want to change cell companies, but if we can't get service, I may need too.

We would be heartbroken if you decided to leave the Verizon Wireless family. You deserve exceptional service everywhere you travel and we want to help get this fixed. What zip code/s in western Cullman County, AL is this issue happening in or is the issue only occurring at Smith Lake Campground in zip code 35057? Upon review of zip code 35057, there are no current reported outages and our network is performing as expected. When did this issue start? What services are being affected by the weak signal? (ex., calls, data, messaging, etc.)
