I just bought a new home and I am in the process of renovating. Since working in the home for the last 3 months, I've realized that the service is TERRIBLE. This is really concerning as I have 2 kids & if there were ever an emergency, I can't even dial out half the time and when I can, I am constantly dropping calls or can't hear who I am calling/they can't hear me. I don't understand how this is an issue or hasn't been addressed yet as I moved into a neighborhood with over 500 houses. I have to believe this complaint has been filed before as my neighbors also complain of shotty service.
Can someone please tell me how I can get Verizon to address the coverage near my home?
