asking over an over for help

I  recently have contacted verzion on several occasions asking for help an have been told that I have alot of options  but my problem has never been solved I am paying 196.00  bill that only has 1 working phone on the plan an suppose to have 3 if your not going to help me solve this problem then I can have the service disconnected an pay alot cheaper somewhere else so I am asking once again will someone look at my account  an contact me an please  help
