My service has been erratic all day. It keeps going to "No Service". And then gives an error message that I need a cellular update. What is wrong? I can not believe that it is my phone. When I have service my phone is fine.

If the device is stating it needs an update we would recommend performing a network settings reset on the device to have the device refresh and reconnect to the towers. Please also ensure that your device is up to date on the software as well.
