Not seeing my SSID number on list of connections for jetpack to laptop?

In July I went to a wireless system for my phone and laptop.  I am using a jetpack to connect to the internet.  This past week I lost the connection.  My SSID is no longer an option for my available connections.  How can I get my SSID back to the list so I have internet.

It's important to have access to your Jetpack, bettyswartz48. I'm happy to help. What is the specific make/model of your Jetpack. Did you power the Jetpack off then back on?
