I phone 6 WIFi, Bluetooth, Map apps not working

i had an old phone which I transfered my number to, since my old phone was damaged by water. Ever since all my information was transfered to this I Phone 6 from a I Phone 5, the GPS, Bluetooth, and Map app do not work very well or at all.

What troubleshooting steps have you completed since you started having this issue? How long has this been going on? Did the applications never work since you started using the device? Are the device and all the apps up to date?
