Voicemail not working

RAZORBLADEFRNDLY

When someone leaves a voicemail, the icon lights up, but I am unable to play the message. Each time I push the play button, the voicemail stops. This has been happening for 7 days now. No change even after installing the most recent Apple update. I can only listen to them if I call myself from a different phone.

Any help available?
