Here am I – clinging to CC, my Catahoula Leopard Dog in below zero temperatures, you see I am also elderly and disabled with NO active cellular phone service. I have been a customer of Verizon Wireless for over five years my bills due date is 12/13/18 but as of yesterday morning Wednesday, December 12, 2018 I am unable to make outgoing phone calls but I am able to receive them. I also can not use the text messaging function (in going and/or outgoing). I have both of my parents with cancer (one being terminal) - I myself being a warrior twice over am truly Blessed regardless - I understand the gravity that your cellular phone service provides - this is my lifeline with them. WHAT IS UP?
