I have only been able to make calls to other verizon customers. I've tried *611 and call fails.

Not being able to make calls is never ideal, westtxgirl. I am happy to assist. There was a known network issue a few days ago that has since been resolved. Are you still having troubles make calls? Have you powered your device off and back on since the troubles began?
