i have multiple message from a Verizon representative statting we could active an Apple Watch (add a new line) and still be qualified for the BOGO Apple deal. I clarified this with them multiple times before making the trek into the office to get the new phones. I got there, waited, only to be told that the sales rep LIED to me just to get me in the store and make me add a new line. This is awful on Verizon’s part! I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and now they are saying the only way to get a “deal” is to leave the company and come back as a new customer??! What about loyalty. I have been loyal in paying my bill on time for over 10 years and Verizon should do what they said they were going to do. Verizon is going to lose customers over this if there is no way for loyal customers to upgrade their phones with promotions.
