There has been a serious decline in coverage in the 13501 area code that has never had an issue before. What is going on with Verizon Wireless coverage? I called customer service last night. They had me power off my phone so they could reset. But that didn't help at all. I tried getting them on the phone this morning & apparently they are on overload because I couldn't get a human being to answer on the phone or on the live chat. So, what's going on? Is this being fixed? Do I need to look into other carriers?
