New Phones/Dropped Services - three phones #readytochangeproviders

My husband, son and I all got new phones earlier this year and now we are all dropping calls all the time. I am so fed up with the service.... I would think a 20 min route that we never used to lose calls would not lose 4-5 times :-/ I am paying more for service/phones that won't work... #readytochange Why has the coverage took a turn for the worse?????

We understand how important your phone service is to you. My phone is my lifeline and I would be frustrated if I was dropping a lot of calls. Let's get to the bottom of this issue. What is the zip code of the trouble area? Does this happen at all times in all areas or is there a pattern to the dropped calls? Did this happen before the new phones?

This never happened before our new phones. The areas are 37840, 37932,

37831/37830. The one city has two zip codes.

I’ve update the software on the phones I’ve shut them off and back on

periodically.

We truly appreciate the additional details, LADYTN. Do you know if any other Verizon users outside of your account experience similar issues in the area? What signal do your devices typically display when you experience dropped calls? Are your data and texts working?

My husband and son have same issue as well as coworkers. Data and text

appears to work. Signal will show 3-4 bars then just drop calls randomly.

It’s even worse now in our own town it’s dropping calls I was told there

was a nationwide issue w you all and that it would be fixed two days ago

except the issue is worse not better. We are about to start looking at

other providers that can actually make sure their towers are working and we

have coverage.
