I see backup plus has been replaced bu cloud. I know I had a bunch of pictures up on Backup Plus which do not appear in Cloud. Only contacts in Cloud with option to buy photos and video. Are the Backup Plus data gone?

Verizon Cloud back-up ended MONTHS ago and had been around for YEARS. So yes everything is gone. Google and MS offer free cloud services
