So my son upgraded his phone and we did it with chat online. the second the deal was done the chat girl dropped the chat and never finished telling me what i had to do so thinking it was done we waited. The money had not been taken from his account the next day so i looked for emails and found an email that I had to approve. Bam the money was taken and the phone came a few days later. The phone showed up and was set up for my wife's number. We called Verizon and had it switched back and in the process they wiped my wife's phone completely. Now after about 2 hours her phone finally was working as was his. Fast forward to 1 hour before writing this I go to Verizon to check out if my data was renewed for the month and was looking at my phones and my wife's phone who only has 1 payment left showed she has only paid 1 payment and owes the full amount for an iphone 8 and my sons showed he only had 1 payment left. I called again and was on the phone over an hour and after being transferred to someone who I was told could fix told me the only was to fix is upgrade my wife's phone so it would fix the problem. Really they were able to switch it but cant put it back. at this point i was done and told him it was their fault and to research how to fix it since i wasn't planning on upgrading. they are scam artist. just seeing if anyone else has had issues like this? Does anyone know who @ Verizon to actually fix this?
