Two days ago, I noticed my phone wouldn't automatically display a picture text. Then I noticed it was in 3G mode. Quick Google searches tell me it is a signal strength issue.
I work on the network tech's truck (the guy that services the network towers) he said there are no network issues, no towers out of service, etc.
Going into the network setting on the phone, the only available networks are a 3G and a 1G.
What's going on? I'm becoming very frustrated.
