I want the last Verizon System Updates off my phone. My phone is draining quickly since updates. Please do not replay with a list of troubleshooting solutions. I've spend countless hours on the phone, online and in store doing these troubleshooting steps. Verizon is not paying attention to its customers complaints. So many people have complained about the system updates. I have been a customer for several years, pay my bill regularly . These updates are pushed on the customers with constant reminders and you can't block them, if you are not going to give customers an option to not do the system updates then Verizon needs to fix the problem. As soon as my contract is up I am going to another carrier , updates always make my phone worse. No one ever knows how to fix anything, they just try to sell you more stuff, the only phone or online support is a scripted response where the tech goes through the same trouble shooting steps (all of which I have done). I want these updates off or a replacement .
