I transferred to another phone and am able to get email and internet and apps but cannot get phone to ring.
Did you remove the SIM card from the old phone?
I apologize that you're running into so much trouble getting your calls to work on your new phone, SUSSHI60. I'm sure we'll be able to get past the authentication process and have your device working. What model phone are you trying to use today and what model did you switch from? If you're currently connected to Wi-Fi, are you still able to access email and internet and apps when you turn Wi-Fi off? If your old phone is still powered on, please power both the old and new phone off and then only power the new phone on to see if you have any change in your calling experience and then let me know what happens and what zip code you're in if it's still giving you trouble.
