My services with verizon has drastically declined. 60% of my calls are call failed when attempting to dial out. Over 50% of calls not being received. What is the deal with Verizon.

Trey1Jordyn, thank you for bringing this concern to our community forums and I'll be glad to work towards a resolution to help improve your service/calling issues. I myself can't imagine running into a problem like this for over 6 months and missing important phone calls.
Where do you experience these problems exactly? (Indoors, outdoors or both) Can you please confirm your exact zip code so I can review the coverage area? What make and model phone are you currently using?

Thanks for that information, Trey1Jordyn. We know how important it is to have service at all times. After checking our alerts, there is currently no trouble found in your area. We recommend you perform a network reset on your iPhone to connect to a new cellular signal to the tower. Please use the steps included in this link.
