LG G5 slow service

My zip code is 36003 recently I've noticed less service in this area. My phone will constantly have a 1x with maybe one bar, also have dropped calls all the time. Could I get some help to figure out why my service is poor. When I moved here a year ago it wasn't this bad.

They r probably working on the towers. I know most of the Oklahoma state lost all service we couldn't call or text anyone till we got to WiFi cuz someone genius cut a main cord. It did that for about a day. U can call Verizon customer service they should be able to tell if there r towers down in ur area

Oh, my SABGRI52. That certainly is not the experience we like to hear from our customers. I am happy to assist. I looked into our known network issues and did not find any for the zip code you provided. How long have you noticed the change in signal? Are other Verizon users experiencing the same troubles? Lastly, is the change in signal and calls dropping occurring indoors only or outdoors as well?
