Calling 800 numbers

Been trying to call 800, 888, 866 numbers all afternoon, including Verizon Tech Suppoy

Cannot reach any 800 # unless I use my landline..

Verizonwireless says not available

Finally contacted Tech Coach & was told:

"We are experiencing a nationwide issue right now with dialing 800 numbers.

It will be fixed soon."

Would have been nice if Verizon sent a 'free' blast text message to all accounts notifying them of this issue!

Instead of letting us waste time trying to figure out whats going on....
