Recently upgraded to unlimited plan, you sent out a breakdown of what my new charges were to be. The plan was to start the same day as I signed up. So a $83 dollar quote turns out to be $120? I am trying to find out why because the bill makes no sense to me. I have tried to call three of the customer services number you provided but they say they don't recognize my number .... I am calling on a tracfone because I have NO phone on this account ... they keep telling me to call my provider .. tracfone?? At this point this is what I want to know ....
My plan goes from the 25th of one month to the 25th of next month. I want to know how to go about cancelling my plan. Do I just stop using the service after the 25th? then I am no longer billed?
Can you provide a number where I can contact customer service .. that works with my tracfone?
