Been with Verizon since they were GTE. Any issues were easily solved along the way. Had 5 lines for the last 6 or 8 years. Have been paying twice what AT&T would charge for equivalent service. Yet, when I have an issue, they will not even extend a promotion 5 days to keep me as a customer. Even though they listed the promo to last until Aug. 1st, they ended it early. They have cost me alot of time and trouble over the last 2 months by improperly disconnecting lines, and then forcing me to reconnect for 30 days so the numbers could be transferred. I spent nearly 6hrs with customer service to get that much from them. I asked for their BOGO offer and twice it has ended just before I can get it, and they refuse to extend the offer 5 days to retain my loyalty. I know I'm asking for a favor, but after all of the trouble they caused last month, I figured this is one they would grant. NOPE... AT&T is cheaper, and they have a BOGO offer. Instead of rewarding my loyalty, they cause major issues causing me to violate court orders and cannot even grant me a favor to keep me here... Sorry, Verizon, but this is poor customer service. After nearly 20 years, you've made enough profits from my patronage to grant me 10 favors like this... CYA
