I've come to terms that Verizon doesn't care about its costumers. I have personally been neglected, tricked, and ripped off in the period of 2+ years that I've been with Verizon. Everyone wants to help me find a solution to my problem, but in the end, nobody does anything. I'm sick and tired of calling customer service, being put on a wait, transferred between departments and to different people, all so that I just end up wasting my precious time on my days off that I rarely get. Is there someone who actually cares about me? And will do something to resolve my issue before I decide to switch carriers permanently.
