I am switching carriers because I am having issues with two of my phones and I have to pay off the deffective phone before I can upgrade. Feel that is not good customer service since the devices are identical phones and both have the same issues. My question is I have 4 lines one of the lines wants to stay with Verizon is that possible? and how do I go about doing this?
