Is there an email address to someone at Verizon who can advise me on an upgrade and billing and data usages. I prefer to not use the phone
Sometimes you have to do what you don't like. From personal experience in accuracy with Verizon, phone reps are more helpful, chat reps seem confused and store reps only care about getting a sale.
Actually, store reps will tell customers to call customer service while in store instead of helping, I've witnessed it and question how VZW is okay with it.
