I've been having problems with my service for the last 3 days. I live in Lawrenceburg, TN, but I work in Spring Hill, TN. I have absolutely no service when I go to work. This is getting ridiculous. I have to be able to use my phone at work.
Bonesrob13, we know the importance of having service, especially at a work location. We are here to help.
There are currently no reported issues in Lawrenceburg or Spring Hill, TN. When you state you are not getting service, is it that your phone shows no signal?
Is the issue just occurring indoors or do you not get service when outside too? Are other Verizon customers having the same issue as you are? We ask because we do not see that we were contacted by others for those areas regarding a service issue.
