So here is chat online with VERIZON REP..prior to purchasing new phone for my husband under HONOR VET program. Advised (see red text) that we would get $200 visa credit card for upgrade. He gave away old phone and we bought the phone from online rep. After submitting paperwork we were told to to get visa credit promotional card.. got a snippy response from ZACK.. also attached... SAID WE WERE NOT ELIGIBLE AND COULD RETURN PHONE.. we'll that's not even an option since we don't have old phone anymore and they would probably charge an huge restocking fee. Just feel duped by this = we weren't making up what we said we were told..it's all in writing. Would love to see if there is someone at a higher level than "ZACK" to respond to this inquiry. Can anyone help.
