I have tried all the information I find on the internet but to no avail. I need to transfer a word document form my hp laptop to my samsung j3 eclipse.
all the suggestions provided that I find will transfer a file but it is not readable.
How are you trying to open the file? Since you indicate it's a Word document, have you tried Word?

i email the doc to myself, save/open in "open office".
