Looking for call logs but told need a lawyer??

i had 21 missed calls from the same person jan 8, 2018. Your call log records on my billing statement does not show it. I did in fact screen shot it on my phone. But I am told you have no record of this and i need to hire a lawyer to get my OWN phone records. This is so messed up!!

KELDOW29, we understand that having records may be very important. If these call details do not show on the billing statement as registered to the network, the only way to obtain additional detail is the legal avenue. Any callers that do not leave a message or connect, will not leave that registered call to show on your billing statement. Please understand that this is not a step taken to create more work or stress for you but rather a manner of security.

Your call logs will only show "connected" calls, either by picking up the call or the caller leaving a message. Simply because your phone rings does not mean that it will show in your logs. If there is no answer or the caller hangs up before there is an answer, there will be no record in the call log.
