Receiving someone else's emails

I'm getting bills and other emails for someone else's account (I'm not a Verizon customer and don't even live in the US). I don't seem to be able to remove my address without logging into her online account (which I don't feel comfortable with and would mean I would need to change her password) but I would like my address removed from her account.
