The contact info for Android applications is located on its Google Play Store listing. For Apple applications, the contact information might be buried in the settings for the application.

Just to confirm, what make and model device are you using? As Ann154 stated, the refund process works a little differently depending on the operating system. Was this charge billed to your Verizon Wireless account or a debit/credit card set up on the phone?
