Why is my unlimited having issues?

Same issue here. It’s the unlimited service the speeds vary no matter how many times I call support and rest my device and reseat sim. My iPhone is on the 10 gb plan and it runs a lot faster Speeds up to 25 mb but the mifi on unlimited drops in and out. I’ve been tring to download a game for two days and it’s running kbs and half the time it’s stops completelY. This unlimited service is aweful. I really wish you all would fix this plan

I am sorry to hear you have not had a positive experience with your MiFi device. Where does this happen most? What model is your MiFi? How much data have you used on the MiFi this cycle?
