Being at work we do need our phones for my line of business yet Verizon, the so called best service around, goes from 7-10 MB outside to an abso garbage speed of .11 at best. Yet all I got in responses is we don’t promise indoor services. So what, were all supposed to be outside in order to use data? There’s a tower less an a half a mile away from me yet still issues. Please, someone that’s capable and not give the usual “not promised to work indoors” excuse give an actual reason as to why it’s hapoening. I sit 4-5 feet away from the door and windows.
