Hi. I recently moved to 10591 (a town close to NYC) where I mapped the service and it's supposed to be "excellent." However, I only have 1 bar in my apartment in my new building . I work from home so this is really important. To make a call, I have to be directly next to the windows. I drop calls if I move from that spot. Even next to the window, the quality is in/out. Please assist. I have been a Verizon customer for 12+ years so would like to remain with this service. My software on my phone is up-to-update. Thank you.
